Asia Hub

Asia Hub is a dedicated team based across Asia connecting and supporting STULZ network of regional subsidiaries, partners, production sites with customers. With extensive experience working on projects of different sizes, including Hyperscales, our skilled sales people and program managers will advise you on most efficient solutions for your bussiness needs. Thankfully to the direct connection with the production sites our customers will benefit from the agile communication process and optimized lead time.

Our Story

STULZ was founded in Hamburg in 1947. With 11 production sites and 12 sales companies as well as exclusive agreements with numerous sales partners today the company is represented in over 150 countries around the globe. This has transformed the company from a family-owned business into a global player in the field of cooling solutions. To assist this growth in Asian region STULZ Asia Hub was created in December 2022 as a central hub that connects our extensive network of regional subsidiaries, partners, and customers. Established as a pivotal extension of STULZ's global operations, the Asia Hub aims to meet the specific needs of the rapidly evolving and dynamic markets across Asian region.

Our prtfolio offers an extensive range of additional equipment and options for our

standard units, giving you maximum flexibility and a high degree of customization.

2. STULZ standard units with special options

If our standardized solutions are not sufficient, our in-house design and development

departments can implement special options to further customize the standard unit.

3. STULZ customized solutions

If you have special requirements that cannot be met by the STULZ portfolio,

your cooling solution will be individually planned, implemented and continuously

supported. Ideally, the system and air conditioning solution are developed hand in

hand, so that all performance features interact perfectly right from the start.

Patric Lee Min Oon

Managing Director



Patric is responsible for overseeing operations, strategy, and growth across the Asia-Pacific region. He manages forecasts and allocates resources efficiently to support subsidiaries and partners accross the region. He plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards and improving the networking speed of service for customers and partners. 

Neil Kuang

Operation Director



Neil plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the Hub's day-to-day operations. He manages supply chain operations, enhancing project execution, from planning and resource allocation to final delivery. Neil drives initiatives to improve operational efficiency, promote sustainability, and adapt to market demands.

Mathias Wernitz

Head of Colo Cloud


Mathias joined Stulz in 2017 and together with his team supports Regional and Global Key Accounts in the APAC region. With his technical expertise he directly involves in cooling designs for data centres projects and initiates market strategies with customer focus.

Darren Yeo

Key Account Manager


Darren handles data centres accounts in the APAC region and oversees partners and subsidiaries in Singapore, Malaysia, Korea and Taiwan. In addition to his sales portfolio, Darren drives account growth, brand awareness and Stulz footprint across the region. 

Shaun Fong

Key Account Manager


Shaun is part of the key account management team that covers interest in design application, sales & country management.  He is also the product owner for Cyberhub ECO DC, an inhouse DCIM solution.

Ming Ping Lim

Application Manager


Ming Ping is leading the application team that is covering the APAC region, selecting suitable Stulz products and providing solutions to meet customer requirements. He also engages with partners, consultants, and customer's design teams across the region to be their "go-to" person for any technical related matters.

Skye Chan 

Application Engineer


Skye serves as the primary technical support for key consultants and accounts, providing specialized guidance on data centre cooling solutions and bridging the gap between sales and factory capabilities. She prepares technical selections, feasibility studies, and cost estimates to ensure tailored solutions for each client’s unique requirements. 

Martin Painkpank

Key Account Manager


Martin, based in Thailand, manages key data center accounts across the APAC region, overseeing operations with partners and subsidiaries in Thailand and Vietnam. Alongside his sales portfolio, Martin focuses on fostering account expansion, building brand recognition, and strengthening STULZ’s presence to drive long-term growth and success.

Business Development Manager


Sai is responsible for business development in the APAC region through a new line of liquid cooling products. From product technicalities to sales, his role covers the full chain of activities.

Regional Order Management Specialist


Cher is responsible for managing customer orders within a specific geographic region. This role involves handling order processing, tracking, fulfillment, and ensuring timely delivery while adhering to regional standards and customer expectations. Collaborating closely with sales, logistics, and customer service teams, she aims to optimize order flow and address any regional challenges.

Regional Order Management Specialist


Yong Sin is responsible for managing customer orders within a specific geographic region. Regional Project Manager


Stuart is the bridge between our sales team, factory and overseas subsidiaries or partners. He ensures projects deliveries are on time and customers’ expectations are met. Mainly focusing on our Key account projects, but ever ready to handle any special projects that requires assistance. 

 

 

Cheong Khek Pin Anthony

Regional Product Manager


Anthony is responsible for Asia region product management and development, namely liquid cooling and chillers. He analyzes market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to develop tailored product strategies. Collaborating with sales, marketing, and technical teams, Anthony ensures smooth product launches, provides training, and supports ongoing sales efforts.

Goh Quang Yong

Regional Commissioning Manager


Quang Yong identifies and resolves product issues to ensure they meet customer expectations. He serves as a key liaison to facilitate effective communication on technical matters among stakeholders. QY enhances products based on market demands to build trust and deliver greater value to our clients.

Ng Qun Feng

Regional Commissioning Engineer


Qun Feng oversees the installation, testing and commissioning of the equipment within the region. His role also involves ensuring that all the equipment operates efficiently and meets operational standards, while also providing technical support and coordination with cross-functional teams to achieve successful project delivery.

 

Sara Tan Yi Na

Regional Programmer Control Lead


Sara provides troubleshooting and support service for software. She oversees issues related to both factory and field operations.  Additionally, Sara researches, designs, and tests software for controlling HVAC equipment and other related systems.

Punyathorn Kaiyannunta

Regional Commissioning Engineer


Punyathorn, based in Thailand, oversees the installation, testing and commissioning of the equipment within the region. His role also involves ensuring that all the equipment operates efficiently and meets operational standards, while also providing technical support and coordination with cross-functional teams to achieve successful project delivery.

Matilda is responsible for developing impactful marketing initiatives and supporting our partners and subsidiaries with marketing materials. She is also in charge of participation in various conventions and organizing networking events across the region.
